Product reviews may be submitted only by customers who purchased the specific product through Realchems.

Reviews are linked to the relevant order/account to verify purchase.

A star rating and written feedback may be displayed.

2.2 Service reviews (independent platforms)

General store or customer service reviews may be collected via an independent third-party platform (e.g., Kiyoh or a successor).

Such platforms apply their own verification and moderation rules.

We do not control or edit reviews hosted on independent platforms.

3. What you may include

Reviews should be:

• relevant to the product or service,
• factual and respectful,
• based on your own purchase experience.

4. What you may not include

Reviews must not include:

• instructions, guidance, or advice of any kind (including but not limited to product use or effects),
• claims about effects, outcomes, or performance beyond factual description,

• personal data of yourself or others,
• abusive, hateful, threatening, or obscene language,
• advertising, affiliate links, or spam,

5. Moderation and publication

We do not edit the substance of reviews. Reviews that violate this Policy may be:

• displayed without publication of the violating parts.

Negative reviews are allowed, provided they comply with this Policy.

We do not pay for reviews.
