New to crypto payments? Start here. You will create an order, copy its current payment details into your wallet or exchange, send the transfer, then keep the transaction record until the order is matched. Take it one screen at a time. Crypto rewards careful checking far more than fast clicking.

The current order gives you the payment details. An old address or screenshot belongs to an old order.
Five fields
Match coin, network, address, amount and any memo or tag before you press Send.
Keep the record
Save the order number and TXID. An exchange withdrawal reference may be a different number.
One transfer at a time
If the outcome is unclear, check the first transfer and ask The Crew before making another.
Step 1 Get ready before checkout
You need a wallet or exchange account that can send crypto externally. If you have never set one up, follow our Crypto Wallets guide first. It shows the two common beginner routes: sending from a hosted exchange account or using a self-custody wallet. You do not need a particular brand for Realchems, but your provider must support the exact coin and network offered with your order.
Check that you can log in, that withdrawals are enabled, and that you understand any provider verification, holding period, minimum amount or transfer fee. Being able to buy a coin in an app does not automatically mean the app will let you send it on the network your order requires. If external sending is unavailable, resolve that before placing a crypto order.
What you need beside you
Keep this guide open alongside your order page and wallet. Have access to the email address used for the order. You will need your order number, the payment instructions shown for that order and, after sending, the transaction ID. Do not prepare a payment using details copied from an older order or a message whose origin you have not checked.
Step 2 Place your order and read its payment instructions
Review the cart and enter a complete delivery address and working email address. At checkout, select the shipping and payment methods available for that order. If cryptocurrency is offered, select it, review the total and submit. Save the order number from the confirmation screen or email. Creating an order is not the same as paying it.
Open the payment instructions attached to this new order. Identify the coin, required network, destination address, amount and any memo or destination tag. Your order may show a precise coin amount or a euro total with conversion instructions; use what the current order actually displays. If the page has expired, a field is missing or two instructions conflict, stop and contact The Crew. Do not fill the gap with a guess.
Write down the right details
The order number identifies the order. The coin is the asset to send. The network is the route it must travel on. The address is the destination. The amount is what the instructions ask to arrive. A memo or tag is extra destination information when explicitly required. The TXID does not exist yet; your wallet or exchange provides it after sending.
Step 3 Obtain the coin shown for this order
Already have the correct coin in an account that supports the required network? Continue to Step 4. If not, use the buy, trade or convert function offered by a provider available to you, subject to its own account checks and rules. Select the coin shown in the order instructions, review the provider’s price and fees, then confirm the purchase in that provider. Realchems does not sell crypto or control the price at which you obtain it.
Check your available balance after buying. A purchased balance may not be immediately withdrawable, and a provider may charge a separate network or withdrawal fee when you send it. If the amount available to transfer will be too small to cover the order and applicable fees, resolve that before sending. Do not assume the euro order total is the number of coins to type into a Send field.
If your order shows only a euro amount
Follow the conversion instruction supplied with the current order. Use a current rate for the selected coin if conversion is required, and check how your provider handles fees so the amount expected to arrive matches the order. A calculator is an estimate, not a substitute for a precise amount shown by checkout. If the required coin amount is unclear, ask The Crew before you send.
Step 4 Fill in the Send or Withdraw form
In your wallet or exchange, open the correct asset and choose its external Send or Withdraw action. Apps use different labels, but you are looking for a transfer to an external address, not an internal move between accounts. Now match the fields one by one.
Coin or asset
Select the same cryptocurrency named by the current order. Do not substitute a similarly named token.
Network or chain
Select the network named in the order instructions. This is a separate choice in many apps. A token can exist on several networks, and a matching token name does not make those networks interchangeable.
To or recipient address
Paste the destination address from the current Realchems order or scan its QR code if provided. Check the full address after pasting or scanning, including its beginning and end. Never use an address saved from a previous order.
Amount and fee
Enter the amount as instructed and inspect what the recipient will receive after any fee. If the wallet offers a “send all” button, do not use it without checking that resulting amount.
Memo or destination tag
If the order specifies a memo, destination tag or payment ID, put it in the matching field exactly as shown. If no such detail is required, do not invent one. A personal note field is not necessarily the destination memo. If you cannot find the required field, pause and use the provider’s help or contact The Crew.
Step 5 Check the final screen before confirming
Most wallets show a review screen. Compare it directly with the current order: same coin, same network, full destination address, correct amount arriving and required memo or tag. Also inspect the transfer fee and whether it is added to or deducted from the amount. Do not continue if the destination or received amount is wrong. Five careful checks here are better than one hopeful support ticket later.
Once the fields match, approve the transfer in your provider. A crypto transfer generally cannot simply be cancelled after it is broadcast. A wrong coin, address, network or missing memo can be difficult or impossible to recover. Never share your wallet password, private key or recovery phrase with Realchems or someone claiming to be Support.
Step 6 Find and share the transaction ID
After sending, open the transfer in the wallet or exchange activity history. Find the transaction ID, transaction hash or TXID and copy it exactly. It is a reference for locating the transfer, not proof that Realchems has already received and matched it. Some exchanges show an internal withdrawal ID first; the on-chain TXID may appear only after the withdrawal has been broadcast. If you only have the withdrawal ID, label it clearly.
Send The Crew your order number and TXID through the official Contact page. Include the coin, network, amount and sending date. A screenshot or withdrawal receipt can help if the status needs manual review, but hide unrelated account details. If another person sent the transfer, say so and provide the details needed to link it to your order. Never attach a seed phrase or private key.
Step 7 Follow the payment and order status
Your provider may first show Pending, then Completed or Sent. The network may separately show an unconfirmed and then a confirmed transfer. Realchems then needs to receive and match the full payment to the order. These screens do not update at the same moment. A completed withdrawal or visible blockchain record is not yet a shipping confirmation.
Crypto confirmation and matching can take around 1–24 hours, depending on the network and any manual review. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline. After full payment is matched, the order can move into processing. Dispatch and the shipping email come later; tracking is provided only for a tracked shipping method. Keep the order email and TXID until the issue is closed.
Step 8 Fix a problem without paying twice
The wallet says Pending
Check whether the provider has actually broadcast the transfer. A pending exchange withdrawal can be waiting on that provider rather than on the blockchain. Keep the withdrawal reference and check its official support information. Do not create another transfer while the first is still pending.
The transaction is confirmed but the order says unpaid or on hold
Send The Crew the order number, TXID, coin, network, amount, date and any required memo or tag. A confirmed network transaction may still need to be matched manually. An order status alone does not prove the payment has been lost.
The amount or destination differs from the instructions
For an underpayment, overpayment, wrong coin, wrong network, wrong address or missing memo, contact Support promptly with the same record and explain exactly what differed. Full payment is required before processing; a partial payment does not reserve stock. An overpayment is not automatically refunded. Recovery and any refund are reviewed under the applicable policies and cannot be promised. If you sent from an exchange, its team may need to investigate too.
The wallet says Failed or Returned
Keep the exact error, date, amount and provider reference. Check whether money actually left or was returned before attempting anything again. If the order may already have been paid, ask The Crew to check it first. Two payments do not make one missing payment easier to find.
Ready for the next step?
If you are still choosing a wallet, begin with the Wallets guide. If the transfer is sent, keep its TXID and contact The Crew when the payment needs review. The Payment page explains bank transfer, other available methods and how order, payment and dispatch confirmations differ.
