Order confirmation missing? Shipping update hiding in Junk? Or did our latest news and exclusive sales take a detour? Let’s find the message and show your mail service which Realchems emails you want to receive. Start with the quick fix, then choose your email provider below.
Two addresses to look for
[email protected]: orders and shipping
Look for this address when you expect an order confirmation, order update or shipping message.
[email protected]: news and exclusive sales
Look for this address when you expect Realchems newsletters, news or sales emails. The .nl ending is intentional for these emails; the Realchems website is realchems.net. Add the address for the type of message you want to receive, or add both. Always check the full sender address before marking a message as safe; a familiar display name can be copied.
Quick fix in four steps
1 Search your whole mailbox
Search for [email protected] if you are missing an order or shipping email. Search for [email protected] if you are missing news or a sales email. If your app offers “All mail” or “All folders,” search there. You can also search for your order number or “Realchems,” but check the full sender address on any message you find.
2 Check the places mail likes to hide
Look in Spam or Junk, then Promotions, Updates or Other if your provider uses tabs. Also check Archive and Trash. If you find a genuine Realchems message in Spam or Junk, choose “Not spam,” “Not junk,” or “Move to Inbox.”
3 Tell your inbox what you want
Add the relevant full address, [email protected], [email protected] or both, to your contacts or safe-senders list. Gmail users can also create a sender filter; Outlook and Proton have explicit safe or allow lists. Pick your provider below for the exact clicks.
4 Still nothing? Ask The Crew
A safe-sender setting helps future mail; it cannot recover a message that never arrived. Missing an order update? Send your order number, checkout email and expected update. Missing news or sales? Tell us your subscribed address and what you expected. Never send your password. Contact The Crew
Choose your email provider
Gmail
On a computer
1 Rescue a message from Spam
Open Gmail, select More in the left menu, then Spam. Select a genuine message from [email protected] or [email protected] and click “Not spam.” Check Promotions and Updates too; these are inbox categories, not Spam.
2 Create a sender filter
In Gmail’s search bar, click the search-options icon. Enter the address you want in the From field and choose “Create filter.” Select “Never send it to Spam,” then click “Create filter” again. Repeat for the second address if you want both. Leave other mail filtering switched on.
3 Move a message to Primary if you prefer
If the email is in Promotions or Updates, drag that message to Primary. This teaches Gmail your preference; it is separate from marking a message “Not spam.”
In the Gmail app on a phone
Open the menu, tap Spam, open the genuine Realchems message and use the three-dot menu to choose “Report not spam.” Also look in Promotions or Updates. If the problem keeps returning, use Gmail on a computer to create the sender filter above; the app may not show the same filter controls.
Still missing Gmail messages? On a computer, open Settings, See all settings, then Filters and Blocked Addresses. Check whether either Realchems address is blocked or a filter is set to “Delete it” or “Skip Inbox.” Edit or remove only the rule causing the problem.
Outlook and Hotmail
In Outlook.com or new Outlook on a computer
1 Check Junk Email
Open Junk Email. Select the genuine Realchems message and choose “Not junk” or move it to Inbox. If it was already in Inbox, also check the Other tab beside Focused.
2 Add a safe sender
Open Settings, then Mail, then Junk email. Under “Safe senders and domains,” choose “Add safe sender.” Enter [email protected] for order mail or [email protected] for news and sales, then confirm and save. Repeat if you want both. Add each full address rather than allowing every sender at either domain.
3 Handle the Other tab separately
If Outlook placed a message in Other rather than Junk, move it to Focused. Where offered, choose “Always move to Focused” for this sender. Focused and Junk are different filters.
In the Outlook app on a phone
Open Junk Email, select the genuine message, tap More and choose “Move to Inbox.” If it is in Other, open it and use More to move it to Focused. For a lasting safe-sender entry on an Outlook.com account, use the web settings above.
Still missing Outlook messages? Set the message-list Filter to All. On a computer, check Settings, Mail, Rules for anything moving Realchems mail to another folder. Also check Deleted Items and Archive before assuming the message was never delivered.
iCloud Mail and iPhone Mail
If your address ends in @icloud.com, @me.com or @mac.com, follow these iCloud Mail steps.
1 On iPhone or iPad
Open Mail, tap Mailboxes, then Junk. Open the genuine Realchems message, tap the Move to Folder button and choose Inbox.
2 On a Mac or iCloud.com
On a Mac, select the message in Junk and click the Junk button or drag it to Inbox. On iCloud.com, open Junk, select the message, choose Move Message, then Inbox and Move. Moving a genuine message out of Junk helps iCloud recognise the sender next time.
3 Add the contact if you want
Add [email protected], [email protected] or both to your iCloud Contacts. Choose the address that matches the emails you want.
Using the iPhone Mail app with a Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo address? The app is the window; that provider still controls much of the filtering. Follow its steps on this page for a recurring problem. A message moved inside Apple Mail may need a matching change in the provider’s own settings.
Yahoo Mail
1 Open Spam
In Yahoo Mail, select More options, then Spam. Look for a genuine message from [email protected] or [email protected].
2 Mark it Not spam
Select the message and click “Not spam.” Yahoo moves it to Inbox and uses that action for future sorting.
3 If it is not there
Search your other folders and check your filters or blocked-sender settings. If you read Yahoo through another mail app, make the spam correction in Yahoo Mail itself.
Proton Mail
On the web, open Settings, then All settings, Proton Mail, Filters, and “Spam, block, and allow lists.” Choose “Add address or domain,” select Allow, enter [email protected] or [email protected] as a full email address and save. Repeat for the second address if you want both. On the Proton app, open the menu, Settings, then Spam and filters, and add each relevant address to Allow. If an address is already on your Block or Spam list, remove or change that entry first.
Using another email service?
Find your provider’s Spam or Junk folder, move any genuine Realchems message to Inbox and look for a setting called Safe senders, Allowed senders or Contacts. Add [email protected] for order mail, [email protected] for news and sales, or both full addresses. For a work or school mailbox, an administrator may control additional filtering; ask them to check if a message is blocked before it reaches your inbox.
No email found anywhere?
For an order email, check that the checkout address is spelled correctly and that you are opening the right mailbox. Order, payment and shipping updates do not all arrive at the same stage. If you have an account, check the available order details there. Then contact The Crew with your order number, checkout email and the message you are missing. No order number? Say so and include any payment reference you have.
For news or sales emails, check the mailbox used to subscribe and search for [email protected]. If you have not joined the mailing list, use the sign-up area on the Realchems homepage. If you previously unsubscribed, adding a safe sender will not subscribe you again. If you think you are subscribed but nothing arrives, tell The Crew which email address you used and what you expected to receive.
If all new mail seems to be missing, check whether your mailbox storage is full or ask your mail provider for help. If only Realchems mail is missing, check any blocked-sender list and rules that delete, archive or forward mail before contacting The Crew.
A final inbox check
Adding either address as a safe sender does not subscribe you to a newsletter, reverse an unsubscribe or guarantee that every message will arrive. It also does not make an unexpected payment request trustworthy. Before using a link in an email, check the full sender address ([email protected] or [email protected]). When in doubt, open realchems.net yourself and contact us there. The Crew never needs your password, crypto recovery phrase or private key to find an order.
